We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states and Washington, D.C.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing Time
We aim to process and ship your order as soon as possible.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
3. Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery
We primarily ship through USPS Ground Advantage, which offers reliable and affordable service.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
Velcoll.com is not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned packages due to incorrect addresses.
If you need to make changes before the order ships, email us immediately at communicate@velcoll.com.
7. Lost or Missing Deliveries
If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it:
- Double-check your mailbox, delivery area, or with neighbors.
- Contact USPS with your tracking number.
- If the issue remains unresolved, email us at communicate@velcoll.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Please note: Velcoll.com is not responsible for orders lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by USPS.
8. Backorders & Pre-Orders
If your purchase includes a pre-order or backordered item, we may hold the full order until all items are available to ship.
Any expected delays will be noted on the product page.
